What’s Covered?
Frame & Structure – The metal frame and structural components are covered against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
Motor & Electrical Components – Covered for 10 years against defects in manufacturing.
Remote Control & Other Parts – Covered for 5 years against defects or malfunctions.
What’s Not Covered?
Normal wear and tear, including fabric or cosmetic damage.
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper setup.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Use with an incompatible mattress or improper weight distribution.

We may request photos or a video to assess the issue. If a repair or replacement is needed, we will cover the cost of replacement parts. In some cases, shipping fees may apply.
